I promise there is a real live human behind Mindful Family Tech, and it's me! My name is Ali, really Allison, but everyone calls me Ali, or MOM! I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we are the parents of 5 awesome kiddos! Not going to lie, putting my face on a website, and introducing myself, puts me out of my "privacy" comfort zone, but I wanted you to know that I am a real person, and a mama trying to do my best to raise my kiddos to not be addicted to technology, and want to help your family too! I like to keep my family safe, by keeping all of my personal social media private, so you might not see my family on here a whole bunch, but rest assured, we are busy fishing, going to the beach, swimming in the pool, and playing outside with our dog Lady!
I was born and raised in Southern California, (909), and after my husband graduated dental school, we moved to Sweet Home Alabama - Roll Tide! This feels like home! We love it here! Florida beaches are incredible!
I started Mindful Family Tech because I felt like more families need to be aware of the damaging effects of TOO much screen time. So, wherever you are in your tech journey: a new mom with a little one, a teenager, a worried mom with high schoolers, educator, or empty-nester, we want to help you find a healthy "mindful" relationship with technology!
